Glc250 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the glc250 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the glc250 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and glc250 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
The glc250 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on glc250. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. glc250 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
- Ensuring that no unauthorised party can access your account.
- Notify glc250 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity occurring within your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a glc250 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The platform may only be used for lawful and personal purposes.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate the system or game outcomes.
- Colluding or conspiring with other users to defraud the platform or other users.
- Using unauthorised payment methods, including credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or platform promotions in an improper manner.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Glc250 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the glc250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX (DuitNOW), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.
The following applies to all financial transactions:
- Deposit: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits via third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed via the same method used for the original deposit. glc250 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and may change without prior notice.
- Processing Time: Deposit processing is near-instant for most payment methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen method and your account verification status.
- Non-Refundable Transactions: Once a deposit has been credited, it is non-refundable except in cases where a technical error has been clearly identified and confirmed by glc250.
Glc250 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers. Users are encouraged to review the terms of service of their respective payment providers before making any transactions.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Glc250 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity. Users acknowledge that all betting activity carries financial risk and participate entirely at their own risk.
The glc250 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the service available 24/7, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, downtime, or errors. glc250 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the glc250 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software, and code — is the exclusive property of glc250 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from glc250.
Third-Party Links
The glc250 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including game providers and payment processors. glc250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Glc250 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal activity, or platform abuse.
- User failed to complete the identity verification process within the required timeframe.
- Glc250's decision to terminate services to a user on any legitimate business grounds.
In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, glc250 reserves the right to forfeit any credit balance in the account. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid credit balance will be returned to the user through an appropriate process.
Changes to Terms
Glc250 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms must first be pursued through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
